Nicholls State vs. McNeese State

Nicholls State finished the regular season on a high note winning its last three games, including a blowout 64-45 win over Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday. Ja'Dante' Frye leads the Colonels with a 12.5 scoring average, but it was Adam Ward who scored 17 points against the Lions. Nicholls State looks to avenge an overtime loss to McNeese State on Feb. 27 when Quinton Thomas came off the bench to score 19 points for the Colonels, who obviously have several offensive weapons. McNeese State has won three in a row after losing four straight. The Cowboys shot 57.1 percent in their win over Central Arkansas on Saturday, but they shoot only 40.8 percent on the season.
