It will be a battle of New Orleans, as New Orleans squares off with Tulane. New Orleans will enter this game very confident after having knocked off NC State in a thriller 65-63. The Privateers will have the best player on the court in Bo McCalebb. The one impressive thing they did against NC State was beat a very good team with their best player having an off night as McCalebb shot just 5-19 in that win. The Privateers won despite a dismal 3-17 showing from three-point range and an overall shooting percentage of 35%. It tells us that this team is committed to the defensive end of the floor, and if McCalebb becomes McCalebb in this game they will be right in it at the end. Tulane comes in undefeated as well, having no trouble against Nichols State, but we look for a spirited game with cross-town rivals going at it, and New Orleans to have a shot in this one, but an even better one with the points.
