Last season New Mexico State had the luxury of the biggest player in the country with 7'6" Sim Bhullar in the paint on both ends. While he wasn't very athletic, he blocked and altered a lot of shots, and scored enough on offense to be a factor at both ends. The result is their two competent opponents shot over 50% against them combined, and out-rebounded them by a combined 14 boards. UTEP has a solid team, one that took down Washington State at home by 12 points. Vince Hunter had his way in the paint with 14 points and 16 boards, and should be able to once again be the difference maker here for the Miners. Take UTEP on the moneyline.
