Nebraska may have a winning record overall (barely), but not on the road where they are 0-4. It's been a struggle of late, losing four in a row (three by double digits). The Cornhuskers are 2-6 ATS in their last eight road games, plus 7-19 ATS on the road against a team with a winning home record. Purdue has won five of eight, but limps home after losing the last two; a blowout by Ohio State, and the last game a three-point loss at Minnesota. At 0-2 in the Big 10, they are hungry for a win. The Boilermakers two Big 10 losses have come by a combined 12 points to No. 3-ranked Ohio State at home (78-69) and at Minnesota (82-79). Purdue has outshot eight of its 15 opponents this year, compiling an 8-0 record when it does so. Purdue will be able to own the glass behind 7-foot sophomore center A.J. Hammons (7.1 rebounds per game), and the Boilermakers are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games following a loss. Purdue owns a 9-3 series advantage against the Huskers, and holds all the motivational and matchup cards in this one. Play Purdue!
