NC State at North Carolina

NC State comes in off three straight upset wins beating Duke, Virginia and Virginia Tech to get here.  Can they pull off a stunning fourth? Not likely. In either case, we prefer the UNDER in this tilt. NC State has gone OVER three in a row but North Carolina has gone UNDER in two straight, playing great defense in beating Florida State and Boston College, allowing under 60 in both. NC State is going to run into their toughest test in this tournament here and they will struggle to score as they have been.
