North Carolina appears to be hitting its stride after a shaky start to the season. The Tar Heels have taken nine of their last 10. The shooting has still been below average for this team and they have failed to cover two of their last three as a -10+ point favorite. NC State is off perhaps the worst game in history, where they shot 9-54 and managed just 24 points - the lowest ever recorded by a team in the shot-clock era. That has certainly inflated the line for this one. This is also a big in-state rivalry game with a chance to redeem a woeful effort, so look for the Wolf Pack to hang tough here. Play the points on NC State, I also think that NC State has a shot at the outright win, so take them to grab this one straight-up too.
