NC Central at North Carolina

Duke has a lot big names in their program, but it is the North Carolina Tar Heels that are expected to win the ACC. There is no shortage of veteran experienced talent in Chapel Hill, and newcomers are ready to step in and perform at a high level. I'm actually pretty stunned at the line here, especially when the Heels love to run a quick tempo and score a lot of points, which often negates high pointspreads as a percentage of scoring in the game. North Carolina Central is the class of the MEAC, but even their 28-6 record and first NCAA Tournament bid in school history ended quickly in an 18-point loss to Iowa State 93-75. They will get a taste of even more talent in this one, and will also have to face it in a hostile environment, so the short number will not hold up. Make the play on North Carolina.
