Middle Tenn State at Tennessee

The Volunteers opened the season on an offensive rampage averaging over 100 points through their first three games. That mark has been pared down considerably to 73 points per game in their last four, including just 78 vs. Eastern Tennessee State. This one would look to be a non-competitive game, so likely the Vols will have a lot of inexperienced bench players in the game down the stretch where the points won't come so easy. The Blue Raiders have been content to play in the 50s and 60s even against poor competition, so they will certainly not be in a hurry here. The Vols for all their offense has played 10 of their last 13 lined games UNDER, and in five encounters with SEC teams, the Blue Raiders have yet to play one over the total. I like this one to stay UNDER the total.
