Michigan at St. John's

Rick Pitino is now coaching St. John's and that means a new lease on life for the Red Storm and likely more wins after they finished 18-15 last season. Pitino already has brought in some talented transfers and the Red Storm have Joel Soriano back for a fifth season after he averged 15.2 points and 11.9 rebounds. St. John's already has a blowout win under its belt after clobbering Stony Brook 90-74 on Tuesday and Soriano scored 22 points and it shot 52 percent from the field and hit 11 of 22 from 3-point range. Michigan lost some key players from the 2022-23 squad and will have many new faces vying for jobs and this will be its first road game after the Wolverines feasted on NC Asheville and Youngstown State. The Wolverines lost four of their final five games last season. Take St. John's.
