Michigan has a chance to redeem itself after a disappointing season that included coach Juwan Howard getting suspended and then coming back and losing its first game in the Big Ten tournament. The Wolverines blew a 17-point second-half lead against Indiana and shot only 37.9% in that game. Colorado State is 25-5 straight up, but it's only 14-15 ATS after losing 63-58 to San Diego State in the semifinals of the Mountain West tournament. The Rams are just 1-5 ATS in their last six games, and that includes a 21-point loss as a five-point favorite against UNLV. Colorado State features David Roddy, who averages 19.5 points and 7.6 rebounds, and Michigan has three double-figure scorers, led by DeVante' Jones (18.0 points per game). Also, the Rams allow 30.6 points in the first half compared to 32.4 for the Wolverines, who have played on this court many times in the conference tournament. The Rams have stayed UNDER in six of their last seven, and Michigan is 10-4-1 UNDER in its last 15 NCAA Tournament games. The Wolverines are a slight favorite, and the value is on Michigan to win a slow-starting game. Play Michigan on the moneyline and the First-Half UNDER.
