It seems like every year you look at Tom Izzo and his Michigan State team and they are making a run to the Final Four. The Spartans are once again a national player at 11-1 with the only setback at North Carolina. They open Big-10 play on the road at Penn State. Penn State comes in at 9-4, but have swung and missed in their top four games vs. Bucknell, Princeton, Pittsburgh, and Ole Miss. I don't think they are up to the task, even at home vs. a high-level Michigan State team. Michigan State has lost just once in their last seven ATS, following an ATS win, and have been a momentum-driven team. Penn State may hang in there for awhile, but are over-matched here. Take the Spartans.
