Michigan State at Duke

Coach K is leading his last team at Duke, and he would love to go out on top cutting down the nets at the end of it all. Duke showed a different resolve in their tourney opening win that brought a six-game streak playing OVER the total to an end. I think we are going to see more of that commitment to the defensive end today vs. Michigan State. Michigan State is typically a very good and physical defensive team, and while they seemed to trend away from that during the season, they have returned in their last five games to be defensively tough. The Spartans have allowed 41.2% shooting in their last five games after previously allowing three straight opponents to shoot better than 50%. Tourney time means defense for the Spartans, and I look for an ugly game where points will be tough to come by. Back the UNDER.
