Miami Ohio vs. Akron

The MAC Conference Championship team will be crowned tonight in Cleveland, Ohio. The 25-8 Miami, Ohio Redhawks are a dog in this contest as they take on the 27-6 Akron Zips. Both these teams can knock down threes and are good offensive teams, but this is a Championship game, with everyone bringing their best game to the floor, which means the team that does a better job defensively will likely win. Miami, O. is 7-2 to the U/O their last nine games. I think the Redhawks know what they have to do, and that is to slow down this Akron attack. Defenses often prevail in Championship games, and I like the UNDER in this one.
