Maryland vs. Connecticut

Kevin Ollie did a remarkable job a year ago, his first with the reigns after the retirement of UConn legendary coach Jim Calhoun. Ollie made the transition seamless, winning 20 games, despite probation and fewer scholarships. The Huskies have virtually everyone back from that team, and sport a backcourt trio that is one of the best in the country. Maryland is picked to finish No. 6 in the rugged (now 15 team) ACC, and are probably a year away from contending. The Huskies finally have a purpose, and this team was pretty good last year without one, as they were on probabtion, and now everyone is back. Take the Huskies.
