Manhattan at Pittsburgh

The Pittsburgh Panthers have not been as dominant over the past few years as they had been for over a decade. They still have a good team, but not at the same level we have seen in the recent past. The Panthers have already lost to a mediocre Hawaii team, failed to put away Chaminade in a 13-point win, and struggled vs. Samford before winning by a scant 7 points, and slipped past St. Bonaventure at home by just 4 in their last game. Manhattan at 2-6 does not appear to be much of a threat, but they took UMass to OT, lost to Rutgers by just 8, and George Mason by a single point, so they certainly can hang around, and have a history of doing just that. The Jaspers are surprisingly 33-16-2 ATS in their last 51 road games vs. a team with a home winning percentage of greater than .600. Look for them to stay in this one vs. a Pitt team struggling to put teams of this caliber away. Grab the points on Manhattan.
