Louisville vs. North Carolina State

The ACC Tournament gets underway today as Louisville takes on NC State at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. The Louisville program has fallen off a cliff as the Cardinals won 20 or more games for better than 15 straight years, but they are 25-70 over the past few seasons. The Cardinals offense has disappeared as they have managed 64 or fewer points in five of their last six games, and have failed to get to 60 in three of them. That has led to five of the last six playing UNDER the total. NC State has suddenly gone cold offensively as they have scored 73 or fewer points in each of their last three. Foreign rims, and opening round tournament jitters is not going to help that. Make a play on the UNDER.
