Louisiana Tech at UTEP

Louisiana Tech is off to an impressive 17-4 mark on the season. They will feel the loss of Raheem Appleby, however, as he is lost for 6-8 weeks with a pretty severe ankle injury. Appleby was their leading scorer at 16.1 points per game, and against some of the more competent teams, his absence will bring the Bulldogs back to the pack - especially on the road. UTEP is one of those teams, as the Miners are experiencing success of their own at 14-6, and have won 9 of their last 10 games. The Bulldogs are just 3-7 ATS in their last 10 vs. a team over .600, while the Miners excel in the same situation at 16-4-1 ATS in their last 21. They are also 27-9-2 ATS in their last 38 overall.
