Folks, this LBS team is very good and the public has been slow to catch on as they remember last year's horrendous 6-21 team. On the road on Tuesday, they gave UCLA a run for their money after two impressive wins in which they shot over 54% from the field, lead by Coleman. Loyola Marymount has three wins but they have been less-than impressive against weak opponents. Where did one of Long Beach's few wins come last year? You guessed it - vs. this Loyola team. I like the matchup here and like Long Beach State to cover this number. Three stars on Long Beach State plus the points.
