La Salle at Miami

The Miami Hurricanes are going to be heard from in the ACC this season. They regained the services of their best player Durand Scott, who quickly became their leading scorer at 15.6 points per game. They have been perfect at home at 5-0 and no one, including Michigan State, has come within 8 of them here. Their margin for error may be reduced without Reggie Johnson, who will continue to sit with a head injury. Upstart La Salle has been explosive in their last three games, but competition goes sky high here. Losses to Bucknell, and Central Connecticut don't bode well in this one. While La Salle may have the firepower to hang tight, and with Miami looking towards ACC play next time out, this could be tight. But, with Scott on the floor, Miami won't let this one slip away.
