Kentucky at Mississippi State

This should be a tough and physical battle in Starksville, Miss. tonight as a confident and hot Miss State team takes on one of the nations best in fifth ranked Kentucky. Kentucky likes and prefers a full-court game, but the Bulldogs will want no part of it, and they have defended very well in allowing just 66.8 points per game. Since Thanksgiving, they have tightened things up even more to allow 66.2 points per game. They have held eight of those 11 opponents to 68 points or less and no team has gotten more than 78 on them, limiting opponents to 40% shooting and just 30% from deep. I think this game is going to be played at a much slower tempo, as eight of the 11 opponents shot the ball 60 times or less against them. Play on the UNDER.
