Kansas at Kansas State

It is hard to ignore what is going on at Kansas State. Players have had issues, and Curtis Kelly may head the list. He got in the doghouse early, and has played below the standard he set a year ago. Consequently, the Wildcats are no longer ranked after opening the season in the top five. Kansas has a young team, but is ultra talented and beginning to peak. The Jayhawks have been looking scary lately with five straight wins by a margin of 106 points or 21.2 points per game. This is against big-time competition, not pre-conference cupcakes. The Wildcats have turned to “mildcats” as a dog where they are just 3-12-1 ATS in their last 16. Kansas is too hot to ignore right now, so they get the call in this one.
