Iona at Kansas

The Iona Gaels will have their hands full as they head to Lawrence to take on the Jayhawks. I think the total is getting pushed because the Gaels went over the 80-point mark 18 times last season, but they lost their top scorer in Lemont James, who averaged 22.6 points per game. They have been a different team this season, managing just 72.5 ppg against a pair of weak teams in Cleveland State, and Wofford. Last year they would have put up a bunch more. They will have to try and slow this game down because the talent level is night and day. The Jayhawks have only played one game against a lower-tier opponent that resulted in just 143 total points - about the expectation I have for this one.
