Houston at Louisiana Tech

The Houston Cougars have won their first two games to start the season at home and now turn to the road to face Louisiana Tech. Louisiana Tech won in Houston a year ago and enter at 1-1 losing as expected to Texas. Houston can't be proud of the fact that lowly Nichols State took them to overtime in their first game on their own court. Houston has played two weak opponents, both at home, but it will be different on two fronts for this one, they will be up against a legitimate opponent and on playing the road. The deciding factor here is going to be the presence of Olu Ashaolu in the paint for LA Tech, for which the Cougars have no answer. The Bulldogs are a powerful 10-1 ATS at home as a favorite of 4.5 or less and I like LA Tech at home in this one.
