Holy Cross vs. Army

Army was not expected to do much this season after losing its point guard and starting center, but the Black Knights are 6-2 straight up and 6-1 ATS and beat Holy Cross last night, 83-68, while shooting 50% from the field. Holy Cross was picked to finish even worse, and it has lost two of the three games it has managed to play after finishing 3-29 in 2019-20. The best player from last season, Patriot League Rookie of the Year Joe Pridgen, transferred leaving the Crusaders with three returning starters. Army has covered five of its last seven home games and seven of eight versus teams with losing records. Holy Cross is 3-7 ATS against teams with .600 or better winning percentages. Play Army.
