Hofstra at Towson State

The Hofstra Pride is on the rebound as they are 17-10 on the season after being down for a bit. They travel to take on Towson State who has had limited success this season at 12-15. The Pride were taken out handily at home by 14 points by this same Towson team as a -12.5 point favorite, and you can bet they are coming in here loaded for bear, and the "A" game is likely to be in full force. Since winning seven straight early in the season to a very suspect schedule, Towson has paid the price as they are 5-14 since. The record, which is very pedestrian to begin with, is a lot worse than it looks. The Pride has only failed to cover three times in their last 13 vs. a losing team, and have a purpose here.
