Harvard vs. Buffalo

Buffalo is favored to win the East Division of the Mid-American Conference after winning a first-round game in the NCAA Tournament although coach Nate Oats left for Alabama. Still, top assistant Jim Whitesell gets the job and the Bulls will be formidable with two returning starters and some quality transfers. The Bulls annihilated small-school Nazareth College 109-72 on Monday with six players scoring in double figures led by Jayvon Grabes and Ronaldo Segu with 17 apiece and the team shot 56.3 percent. Harvard comes off a win over Siena 59-56, but didn't cover as a 10-point favorite. Buffalo is 20-7-2 ATS its last 29 neutral-site games and 9-4-1 ATS its last 14 non-conference games. In a near-even game the home court looms large so play Buffalo.
