The Purdue Boilermakers have what it takes to cut down the nets this season. They will open the tournament as a No. 1 seed and will take on No. 16 seed Grambling St. Grambling St. is over-matched in this contest and they will draw up the blueprint that Fairleigh Dickinson used in the opening round last year in a huge 63-58 upset of the Boilermakers in the first round. They frustrated Purdue the entire game, and kept things very slow and methodical and employed a zone for most of the game to slow the game further.
