Fordham at Duquesne

Basketball at Fordham has shown very little over several years. But, the Rams have made considerable progress on their way to respectability with their 7-6 record. The Rams have a win vs. a solid Manhattan team, and have some scoring led by John Severe and his 20.5 points per game, and Brandon Frazier (18.5 ppg). Duquesne is 7-5 on the season, and outside of inner-city rival Pitt, they have played a cream-puff schedule with no quality wins to speak of. The Dukes are just 11-27 ATS in their last 38 overall, which includes an 8-20 ATS mark in their last 28 vs. a winning team. Fordham gets the money in this one. Also take the UNDER here. While Fordham scores 81 per game at home, they go for 72.5 per game on the road, putting this very high total at risk. Meanwhile, Duquesne has allowed 69 or fewer points in three of their last five games. In their last five games vs. winning teams, the Rams are a perfect 5-0 to the UNDER. The Dukes are 4-1 to the UNDER in their last five following a win. I expect a fairly intense game with the Rams at least keeping it close and this game going UNDER for my College Basketball Total of the Month.
