Florida at Alabama

Florida has exceeded the expectations of many this year but are starting to come back down to earth with conference losses against Arkansas on the road and surprise losses to South Carolina and TN at home. I believe given this team’s youth, they are struggling a bit more now. However, this team is 0-1 against top 25-50 teams on the road, yet 3-1 overall. The question, here is how does this team respond to the loss against the Tennessee? Alabama, goes from almost being in the depths of being in the SEC after having lost to Chuck Davis to coming together and becoming one of the hotter teams in the SEC having won against LSU, Vandy and Tennessee at home as well as road games against Mississippi, Knetucky and Auburn. This team is playing much more solid ball as they are 12-4 at home and 2-2 against top 25 teams but at the same token are 2-0 in the last 2 games against such teams. Thus, I believe given Alabama ’s 2 game winning streak against top 25 teams at home, the heart breaking melt-down against Arkansas, and the fact that 'Bama needs this game more to solidify a spot in the dance, gives them the edge here.
