Eastern Illinois at SIU Edwardsville

SIU Edwardsville is in the midst of a nightmare season at 4-17, and most of those few wins came early against some pretty bad teams. The fact is that the Cougars are two points away from being 0-12 SU in their last 12 games, and seem to get exposed every time they take the floor. By no means is Eastern Illinois  having a season to remember, but they are 8-13 and come in having won two straight games and four of their last five. This is a team that owns three underdog wins in their last four when posted as a dog. They also have a decided edge against an SIU Edwardsville team that has not shot over 44% in any of their last 11 games, and has won the battle of the boards just once in their last eight. Their 39% shooting on the season is problematic here, and since they shoot under 30% from three, they will once again find a hard time making it into the win column.
