Eastern Illinois at SIU Edwardsville

Eastern Illinois is 8-18 on the season, but since the first of the year, the Panthers have won just twice. Southern Illinois- Edwardsville had not won more than 11 games in a season since joining div-1 in 2008, and they stand at 17 on the season. The problem here is they aren't blowing teams out. They have won 10 games by fewer points than the line here. Eastern Illinois has not been a 12-point dog since Christmas, so I think the line here has been stretched out quite a bit. I think Eastern Illinois is a single-digit dog here, and will take the line value and make the play on Eastern Illinois.
