E. Tennessee State at Appalachian State

This is an ugly game. The consolation game of the Cancun Governor's Cup features two losing teams. East Tennessee is 0-2 in the tournament and they are just 2-7 on the season away from home. Appalachian State has also dropped both games in this tournament, to Colorado State and Texas State. They are 2-6 on the road. On the road, the Buccaneers are averaging just 59.4 points per game this season. So, despite a porous Mountaineers defense, I don't think ETSU will be able to score a lot here. In their last eight games vs. poor competition (teams under .400), Appalachian State is 6-2 to the UNDER. I like this game to go UNDER.
