Coach Bruiser Flint has earned a lot of respect on the sidelines, but he has his work cut out for him at Drexel this season. His Dragons are very limited on the offensive end, and he is forced to play at a very methodical tempo to stay in games. The testament lies in his two games vs. teams that would prefer to get up and down the court, and both games saw a very low number of possessions and looks at the basket. The two games saw 104 and 107 combined shots, and that is not conducive to a lot of points being scored. Miami saw their game vs. Florida play out in similar fashion. The Hurricanes and Gators combined to squeeze off less than 100 shots in their game. That sets the stage for a very low-scoring game, and it is likely the winner will struggle to get to or over 60 points here. The other problem at the onset will be teams adjusting to an unfamiliar background at the TD Arena, and the shots that they do get might not be dropping early as it is early in the season, and in an unfamiliar arena. It certainly stands to be a good opportunity to play the first half short of the total in this one as well. Drexel 9-3 to the UNDER in their last 12 at a neutral site while Miami is 11-1 to the UNDER following a game where they overachieved and got the ATS win. Miami is also six straight to the UNDER vs. an opponent under .400. Play the first half and the full game UNDER in this one.
