Syracuse is coming off a huge 34 win campaign and have lost Kris Joesph, Dion Waters, Scoop Jardine and Fab Melo. That represents 43 ppg, 15 rpg and four of their top six scorers. It doesn't seem to matter at Syracuse, as Jim Boeheim has just reloaded and are off to a 9-0 start. The zone defense is playing as crisp as ever and Cuse opponents are averaging just 56.7ppg. That is going to make this one tough to get above the total. The Titans have won four straight, but all of those contests were at home. The road has been a different story for this team on the season where they are 0-4. They have also been 1-3 ATS on the road, with the only cover coming by a half-point. They have faced three BCS Conference teams and have slowed the tempo enough to see those three average just 141.7ppg. I look for the same tactics tonight and the way the Cuse defense has been playing alongwith their depth, I think the backdoor will also be closed here. The Titans are just 5-16-1 ATS in their last 22 vs. teams over .600, while the Cuse owns a 12-5 UNDER mark in their last 17 at home. Play on Syracuse and the UNDER.
