Davidson vs. Rhode Island

The Davidson Wildcats have been an afterthought this season in the Atlantic-10 Conference as they are just 16-14 on the season. We have seen this before as a team gets hot at just the right moment. The Wildcats stung the #1 seed Dayton yesterday, and have some mojo working in trying to reach the finals. The Wildcats played this same Rhode Island team tough on the road to close the season, losing by just three at Rhode Island. What bodes well for them here is that they were out-shot and out-rebounded in that game, and still took it to the wire on the road. The Rams have been favored in each of their last seven, but have a losing spread mark in the stretch while Davidson has now covered four straight.
