CS Northridge at Long Beach State

Both schools have disappointed so far this season. However, Cal State Northridge appears to have finally turned the corner with a current three-game winning streak while Long Beach State has lost two of its last three games. The Matadors defeated Cal State Fullerton on Saturday with Michael Warren scoring 16 points and Rakim Lubin adding 13 points and eight rebounds. Northridge is the much better shooting team with a .465 field goal percentage compared to .405 for the 49ers. Long Beach played its usual tough non-conference road schedule, but all the losing hasn't seemed to help the team's confidence. Roschon Prince led the 49ers with 16 points in their win over UC Riverside, but that followed two losses to Cal Irvine and Eastern Michigan. The Matadors have covered the number four of the last six meetings. Take the points and play Cal State Northridge.
