San Diego St. has been a tale of three seasons, with the best coming now. They opened 8-0 against weak competition, then hit the wall, and went 5-7. Since then, they have really gotten it going finishing 8-2. Those wins include beating Air Force by 21 points and BYU by 12. They are a dark horse to win this tournament and that quest starts tonight.
