Cleveland State at Texas Arlington

The Cleveland State Vikings have most of their team in tact from a year ago, but that may not be as good as it sounds. Those players finished last season at just 4-10, and the amount of improvement needed to take a step forward just doesn't look to be there. They have opened the season at 1-1, and lost and played under the line in their first try on the road. Texas, Arlington has gotten a huge boost from Oklahoma State transfer Reger Dowell who is scoring 26.3 points per game through three games. His presence gives them a closer they have never had, and a go-to player when they need some points. They are 2-0 to start the season at home, and have now covered four of their last five in their own building going back to the end of last season. The Vikings' road woes appear to be following them into this season, as they are a woeful 3-15 ATS in their last 18 as a visitor. Play on UT Arlington.
