Clemson at Virginia Tech

Clemson has surprised to this point of the season. They are 16-4 overall and 8-1 in ACC action, and tied with Louisville for 2nd, just a game behind Duke. Virginia Tech has been disappointing to this point as the Hokies are just 8-11 overall and 3-5 in conference play. The Hokies however, have always played well at home, and they are 7-4 here on the season. Both these teams haved played a slower than average tempo, and combined they are averaging 113.5 shots per game. That is getting down to old Ivy League numbers when games were very low scoring. I would think they are even more methodical offensively here, trying to keep the pace slow. The Hokies Chase Hunter is a deadly 3 point shooter, and if he can have a big game with his 46.2% average 3-point shooting, this will go to the wire. Make the play on Virginia Tech.
