Canisius at Iona

The Iona Gaels like to get out and run and have shot the ball efficiently, but this is not the same team that we have seen over the last two years. Iona has been slowly regressing from the 25-win team from two years ago, to 20 wins last season, and enter this one at just 9-8 on the season. They had a stretch of six straight games scoring 83 points or more, but have not gotten out of the 70s in three of their last six. They have also played well below the line at just 2-6 ATS as the solid teams from the past continue to influence them this season. Canisius is 11-6 and has been the better team this season, and has shown the ability to control the tempo in games. That has resulted in eight of their opponents have failing to get out of the 60s. They have  played over the line at 6-2 ATS in their last eight, and have been a perfect 4-0 ATS in their last four as a dog. The Gaels are a disappointing 8-21-1 ATS following an ATS win, and Canisius is 11-3-1 ATS in the last 15 meetings. Canisius controls the tempo and hangs around. Play on both Canisius and the UNDER.
