It has been a nightmare for the Spartans the last two times they have stepped on the court. San Jose State has scored all of 78 points in their last two games, or 39 points per game. The shooting has been about as bad as it gets at a combined 23-105 from the field, and 7-31 from deep. The last time UC Davis took the floor they may have been even worse in a 39-point offensive nightmare where they shot 13-55. The result is a low total. The thing is, shooting THAT bad doesn't continue forever. Cal Davis' defense has been bad all season. They are allowing 78.1 per game (nearly 80 per game over their last five). Dating back to last season, San Jose State is 11-3 OVER to a total this low (in the 130s). Davis' Jim Les is 23-10 to the OVER in his career as a road underdog in the 6.5 to 12 point range and 32-17 OVER following a double-digit loss. I like the OVER here.
