Cal Poly has muscled their way to a 12-8 record on the season by playing some air tight defense. Only a pair of teams has touched 70 points on them all season. This total is overly reflective of that as the Mustangs’ offense is starting to click with 169 points in their last two games. Pacific is in a rare rebuilding year and has coughed-up a lot of points this season, as seven of their last 11 opponents have scored 70+ on them. Surging Cal Poly should become the eighth, and if they do this total is going to be in jeopardy.
