Cal Poly SLO at Long Beach State

Long Beach State was picked to be a leading contender in the Big West Conference, but The Beach has been somewhat of a disappoitment so far with a 7-9 straight-up record and 5-9 ATS and they come off an 87-70 beating at the hands of UC Irvine on Saturday for their third loss in four games. The Beach shot just 40 percent overall and a hideous 2-for-16 from 3-point distance while allowing 51 percent shooting by the Anteaters. Long Beach State has gone OVER seven of its past eight lined games and has allowed 73.5 points per game this season. Cal Poly has covered eight of its past 11 games, including its 62-57 loss to UC Santa Barbara when Chance Hunter led the Mustangs with 19 points. Five of the past seven meetings have gone OVER and both Cal Poly and Long Beach State have gone OVER eight of 11 versus teams with losing records. The Beach is just 1-4 ATS its past five home games.
