Hawaii is off a successful trip to the mainland, where they won two straight to get themselves back to .500. They have not been a consistent team, as their current three game winning streak is their longest of the season. Cal Poly has just seven wins on the season, but a pair of them have come in their last four games, this coming off nine straight losses. They won one of them on the road as a 13 point underdog, so signs point to a team that has gotten better.
