Cal Poly SLO at Cal Irvine

UC Irvine has started the season at 5-4. After a slow start, the Anteaters have won four straight games. The biggest stat is the +53 they have been in rebound margin during the four-game winning streak. Cal Poly has seen its season go sideways having dropped six straight games, and the shooting has been abysmal in the last five contests, shooting a high of 39% in the five games. This will be the first of two games in a row for these teams, and while it looks like a total mismatch, I don't look for the Anteaters to put a lot of energy into this game. I like Cal Poly to sneak in under the line. Play Cal Poly.
