BYU vs. UNLV

UNLV coach Marvin Menzies is doing his best to rebuild the basketball program, but the Rebels can't seem to escape mediocrity and this year is no different as they are 4-4 and have lost their last three games. The Rebels are shooting only 43.7 percent overall and what's more alarming is their .273 percentage from 3-point range. BYU is averaging 84.7 points, which is about 14 more than UNLV and the Cougars have a .473 field goal percentage while also playing great defensively allowing opponents just a .401 shooting percentage. The Cougars have won three in a row following an 85-66 victory over Portland State on Wednesday with TJ Haws pouring in 30 points. This game is at T-Mobile Arena and not on UNLV's home floor and the Cougars are 6-1 ATS their last seven games against the Mountain West.  UNLV is 2-5-1 ATS its last eight against teams with winning records.
