BYU at Pepperdine

The BYU Cougars love to get up and down the floor, but were badly derailed their last time out at Loyola Marymount. The fact is the Cougar express has been derailed in each of their last three games where they have given up just shy of 90 points per game, and therein lies the problem. The Waves have been down for years, but have assembled some talent and experience, and are a respectable 8-5 on the season. They have three scorers in double digits, and the best part of it is they are all shooting over 50% from the field, and should get some good looks against a BYU team that puts little effort on the defensive end. The Cougars are playing poorly right now, and have a poor track record on the road where they are 8-17 ATS in their last 25. Make the play on Pepperdine. Regarding the total here, the Cougars have been slowed down of late, and Pepperdine certainly isn't going to invite a track meet on their home floor. BYU is commanding big numbers on the total, but are 7-2 to the UNDER in their last nine, as well as 16-7 to the UNDER in their last 23 vs. a team over .600.  Will also play the UNDER in this one.
