Bowling Green at Drake

Ray Giacoletti's first year at Drake was a success, leading the Bulldogs to four more wins than the previous season. Things are looking up as he returns eight players, and a lot of experience with a pair of fifth year seniors leading the charge back after missing much of last season with injuries. Bowling Green will try to start over with new hire Chris Jans. The Falcons had a disappointing 12-20 season a year ago. This team should take a step up, but might find the going tough early in the season with a new system in place, and off a 20-loss campaign a year ago they have a long way to go to get back to being competitive. The Falcons finished 0-4-1 ATS in their last five road games last season, and don't appear to have enough to get by in this one. Play on Drake.
