Eastern Illinois once again is struggling at just a loss shy of a 20-loss season, which will likely occur tonight. The Panthers are off a shocking 9-point home win against tough Murray State so they are in a bad spot here, as Belmont is sure to take note and deliver the early knockout punch, while the Panthers should be flat. Eastern Illinois is a dismal 8-22 ATS in their last 30 home games and will fall short in this one. Go with Belmont.
