Appalachian St had a cupcake win in their opener, but a couple of takeaways from that game that should bode well for their season ahead. The Mountaineers turned the ball over just seven times, and they have brought back all five starters from a year ago, and have some good ball handlers. Northern Illinois was blown out by Marquette in a game where they forced just nine turnovers. I think they will struggle this season vs. excellent ball handling teams.
